The AIU Myanmar Students' Association (AMSA) successfully organized the "Enhance Your Qur'anic Recitation with the Art of Tarannum" workshop on 7 and 9 March 2026. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Nidhioli Ibrahim and was held at Lecture Theatre 5 and the Auditorium.

The workshop focused on helping participants improve their Qur'anic recitation through proper vocal control while preserving the correct rules of Tajweed. Participants had the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Tarannum and gain practical guidance on enhancing the beauty and accuracy of their recitation.

Open to all AIU students, the workshop provided a valuable learning experience for those seeking to strengthen their recitation skills and deepen their understanding of the Qur'an. AMSA extends its appreciation to the speaker and all participants for making the workshop a meaningful and successful event.

The AIU Myanmar Students' Association, in collaboration with the Centre of Student Affairs & Alumni Department, successfully organized a knowledge-sharing session titled “How AIU Students Can Win the MIS Master’s Scholarship.”

We were honored to host Ko Wai Yan Aung (MIS Scholarship Recipient 2025–2026 and AIU Alumnus) as our distinguished speaker. He shared valuable insights from his personal journey, along with practical guidance and strategies to support students in preparing strong and competitive scholarship applications.

The session was successfully moderated by AMSA's Education and Community Service Unit, whose facilitation contributed to an engaging and productive discussion.

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to empowering students with the knowledge, resources, and inspiration needed to pursue academic excellence and global opportunities.
